After you've used our CSI Site and you need help, suggestions or anything else, leave us your feedback, questions, suggestions. Here are some questions we'd like you to consider:

• On a page, does it make sense?
• Can you find things faster?
• How often would you visit the site?
• What new features would you like to see added?
• What pages would you like to see go away?

Bug reports

We'd like to hear about any bugs you experienced while using the CSI site. Here are some things you could include:

• System (processor, memory, etc.) and Platform (Windows XP, Windows 2000,UNIX, etc.)
• Browser type and version number (Internet Explorer 6.0, Navigator 4.0, etc.)
• What page did this occur on?
• Is Javascript enabled on your browser.
• Is the bug reproducible? Always, sometimes?
• Text of error message, if any, that was displayed.
• Step-by-step instructions of what you were doing that produced the bug so that we may try to reproduce it
